Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, trials, renewals, and refund requests are handled for Molar Pilot subscriptions.

1. Trial Period

If a 14-day trial is enabled for your account, you may evaluate Molar Pilot during the trial. To avoid subscription charges, cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, the selected monthly or annual plan renews according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

2. Subscription Charges

Molar Pilot's public Growth plan is $299/month or $239/month billed annually at $2,868/year. Charges are processed by our payment provider, currently Paddle. Taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle depending on your location.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals through billing management when available or by contacting leon@molarpilot.com. Cancellation does not delete your clinic data automatically.

4. Refund Requests

Refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or major service access issues caused by Molar Pilot. Refund requests should include your clinic name, account email, charge date, and reason for the request.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Setup work, completed subscription periods, usage of the service, third-party processing fees, and custom onboarding services may be non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
