Terms of Service

These terms explain how clinics may use Molar Pilot to manage missed leads, automatic messages, booking requests, appointments, AI reply drafts, and clinic communication workflows.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Service Overview

Molar Pilot is a SaaS subscription app for dental clinics. It helps clinic teams organize leads, automatic workflow reminders, booking requests, appointments, AI reply drafts, prepared messages, and manual communication workflows. Molar Pilot is not a dental provider, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional clinical judgment.

2. Accounts and Authorized Users

Clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, inviting only authorized staff, and promptly disabling access for users who should no longer access clinic data. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

3. Subscription Billing

Molar Pilot is billed as a recurring subscription. Current public pricing is $299/month or $239/month billed annually at $2,868/year for the Growth plan. If a trial is enabled, billing starts after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Payments are processed by our payment provider, currently Paddle.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription from billing management when available or by contacting support at leon@molarpilot.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund prior charges unless our refund policy applies.

5. AI Limitations and Human Review

Molar Pilot may generate AI-assisted reply drafts and workflow suggestions. These outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific patient. Clinic staff must review AI drafts before use, avoid medical diagnosis through automated text, and make final communication decisions.

6. No Medical or Emergency Advice

Molar Pilot does not provide dental, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Clinics should instruct patients with urgent or severe symptoms to contact the clinic directly, call emergency services, or seek urgent care when appropriate.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Molar Pilot lawfully, maintain accurate clinic settings, comply with applicable privacy and communications laws, obtain any required patient consents, and avoid using the service for spam, deceptive communications, or unlawful data processing.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Molar Pilot over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every integration, automation, or third-party provider will always be available.
